As this service is made to order the return and refund policy is limited. To obtain a refund you must provide evidence of damage upon arrival. The products can be delicate so any damage taken after arrival is not applicable for refunds. If the product is not what you ordered the product can be returned with the correct product being sent free of charge.

Deciding you don't want the product after the item has been manufactured or shipped does not qualify you for a refund as the manufacturing and labor costs are part of the cost.

the 2 options for Resin are Standard Grey Which is a decent quality fast resin. Definition is really nice though there is potential for support divoting which to some extent is unavoidable( I will try my best to give you a relatively spotless print.)  The orange resin is A high quality resin that significantly reduces the potential for support damage and has a higher resolution. However due to print volitility  There is a need to put in a stabilizing resin which means the color can have a little variance depending on my ratio of resins in the vat.

Painted options are primed and painted within a reasonable amount of customer demand and color scheme. All are painted to the best of my ability. Some models will have the potential for me to tell you that I am unable to paint them due to me feeling I might not be able to do a competent job in which case I will refund the painting fee or offer some form of compensation(complementary model or something else).

All products will be shipped by Either JP post, or Kuroneko. Packaging will depend on the size of the print, and the size of the order. Packing material will be put into each order as needed to keep all product safe for transit.
